Our Story
​We are Tradesmen and Engineers that have generated and filled out thousands of test sheets manually over the past 20 years. This software was initially developed to eliminate hours wasted on the redevelopment of inconsistent tests sheets project after project.

Our goal is to have a secure platform that will greatly reduce time (and costs) during project configuration and subsequent FAT/SAT testing in comparison to traditional methods.
We have created an alternative to primarily using Spreadsheets and Word documents for fully flexible and instant device configurations, device testing and any required navigations between features and projects.
HOW IT WORKS

Log on and add a new project with basic Information. This project can be from scratch or be based on a previous project. This project will be now accessible. A clean multilevel project “tree” is created.

In this (or any previously created project) site standards for the project, drives, analog inputs and other devices are configured. The actual project devices are then added with the previously defined site standards being rolled out. The adding of these devices will also automatically create the device test sheet and be selectable in such areas as the testing dashboard.

The added devices are now accessible for further configuration. These further configurations such as alarms, custom tests and interlock conditions are immediately reflected in the test sheets, device functional descriptions and other screens.

At any one time, the test sheets and other progress screens can be accessed and populated using the software’s own signature control. The project dashboard and other “progress” screens are automatically updated. A “punchlist” screen is also very easy to add to and review.

At all times, anyone with the correct access level (including the end customer) will have full read access to the software. Read/Write access also depends on access levels. All user log-ons and device configurations are recorded.

Besides the features already briefly explained, a feature to upload and review project files such as P&ID’s, Process Flow Diagrams and other project files is also included. This in itself a massive time saver compared to using traditional windows explorer methods.

Minimal clicking required for navigation between top level projects for all concerned is a considerable time saving.
